How to identify which hose your Moen faucet uses by connection type, detailed descriptions and what faucets the hoses were used with. It is recommended to first identify your faucet model number.

This guide will explain how to identify a Moen kitchen faucet hose.There have been design improvements to the faucet hoses through the years which include a variety of changes to materials, lengths and connection types.

Moen kitchen faucet hoses are not interchangeable, it is important to correctly identify your faucet hose to insure you order the correct kit. Follow the steps below to help identify your faucet hose.

Step 1: What type of faucet do you have?

Faucet hose lengths and styles vary between Pullout faucets and Pulldown faucets. They are unique to the faucet type and are not interchangeable.

Pullout Faucet The spray wand on a pullout faucet pulls upward or straight out toward you.

Pulldown Faucet The spray wand on a pulldown faucet pulls down toward the sink.

Step 2: What type of faucet hose connection do you have?

How does the faucet hose connection attach to the faucet body under the sink?  Follow the faucet hose down under the sink to where it attaches the faucet body. The connection will look like one of the following:

1991-2003 A Threaded Faucet hose: The faucet would have used a faucet hose with one male or female threaded end that threads onto the metal faucet body. Male Threaded- 98314,100620, 101198 Female Threaded-101708, 103438, 109248

2003-2007 A Single Quick Connect: The faucet hose would have female threaded end that threads onto a plastic single Quick Connect. The Quick Connect is then snapped onto the smooth metal faucet body. 114297, 100612, 100613

2007-2010 A Double Quick Connect: The faucet hose would have used a double Quick Connect that is snapped onto the smooth metal faucet body. 124662 & 131381, 137028

2010-Present A Built-in Quick Connect: The faucet hose will use a Direct Connect that is snapped into a flexible tube that hangs down from the faucet body. 150259, 159560

Step 3: What does the faucet hose coupling look like?

 A faucet hose coupling is a connector that is attached to the end of the faucet hose where it meets the spray wand. This allows the spray wand to swivel.

Underdeck Faucet Hose For Faucets With A Separate Handle

Underdeck faucet hoses have gone through design changes throughout the years. Verify your connection type before choosing a hose.

The arrow is pointing to the water flow hose that connects the handle to the spout. This underdeck faucet hose only contains water when the faucet is on. The underdeck faucet hose is about 21" long from end to end. There are three version of the underdeck faucet hose. They are not interchangeable. Compare the three images below  to identify your underdeck faucet hose.
